Bathurst Software Solutions utilise advanced SPAM filters powered by ASSP (Anti Spam Proxy Server).

ASSP's email interface is an easy way to add/remove addresses to the whitelist/redlist and report spam or false-positives.  To use ASSP's email features your email client must be configured to use SMTP Authentication.

For successful Anti-SPAM results

1. Anyone you email will never have a message blocked (or in other words, anyone you email will be added to the whitelist automatically).
2. Never email a spammer - you validate their address authorising the spammer to email you (they dont actually know you are there until you reply).
3. Report SPAM on received in your inbox by forwarding it to the  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it address (read below for more info).
4. If you become aware that mail you want is being blocked send to the sender an email so their mail isn't blocked any more , or you can send an email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and put the recepients email addresses in the body of your email. Please read below for more details.

How to allow a valid email address? (Add an email address to the whitelist)

There are 2 methods available for adding a email address to the whitelist.  A whitelist allows emails to pass through to your email account without spam processing.

1. Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the recepient email address in the message body.
2. Sending an email to the recepient will automatically add the recepient to the whitelist.

Report a SPAM that made it through

As spammers are testing and trying new techniques every second sometimes SPAM may make it through.  By forwarding the SPAM to the email address below the server will learn to block that SPAM in the future.  The more SPAM you send to this address the better the server will become at recognising SPAM

Remove an email address from the whitelist

Retrieve a list of blocked spam
