or smooth operation for both Bathurst Software Solutions and you (the client) we implement and abide by this scope of works. This scope of works is the foundation for our job processes and is required before commencement of work. All payments applied in this Scope of Works are non refundable and are in place to provide you with the best possible experience.

Hosting, preparation and commencement fees
As hosting and domain charges are passed directly to the supplier and are charged annually this will be required to be paid in full before progression to stage 1. This also covers initial meetings and organisational support. Initial amount is based on the type of website (example: an ecommerce website requires more initial setup then a portfolio website).

Stage 1 - Graphical Design

The website is designed using graphical software in a non web form. Once this design has been completed and accepted, a payment of the template value (from $800 or as quoted) is required to progress to stage 2. If any changes are required to be made to this design after the completion of stage 1 then additional hourly charges based on a standard web design rate will apply. Logo design is not included in this scope and additional charges will apply if a new logo is required.

Stage 2 - Implementation and Conversion

Website development based on the stage 1 design or existing design will commence. This includes converting the design to a usable functional web site. Once this stage is complete payment ($1000 or as quoted) will be required to progress to stage 3.

Stage 3 - Short Tutorial
A short tutorial after completion of stage 2 will show you how to manage your website and store. It will show you how to add and edit content, add and remove products and manage your shop. Once this stage is completed a final payment is required to progress to stage 4.

Stage 4 - Website Submission
This final stage will submit the completed website to the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Msn. The website will also be added to major Directories. Once the website has been submitted it can take up to a month for your new website to be crawled.

Additional Costs
The following are additional costs that are not included in this scope of works and may be quoted or charged separately depending on the individual requirements of your website.
Content - We create the site for you to add your own content. Unless previously quoted or organised Bathurst Software Solutions will not create the content for your website, however we have a qualified editor available to perform this service if required.
Other Shipping Options - Additional shipping or delivery options not listed in "My Responsibilities" below require custom development and will include additional costs.
Automation - Additional custom development for automation of pricing, stock levels or other automation require custom development and will incur additional costs.
Content Search Engine Optimisation or Consultancy - Both are not covered by this Scope of Works and incur additional costs.

• Working Australia Post Shipping
• Supply functional ecommerce website
• Enable analytical reporting for your website

Your responsibilities

• Adding products and categories and managing the shop
• Adding and managing the content on your website
• Supplying all relevant required material in a timely fashion when requested.
• Ensuring that you have a regular backup of your website

Payment is expected within 7 days upon completion of each stage or final payment on finalisation of project. If this is not possible then other payment options must be organised prior to commencement of this agreement.
